Genealogy Project
In class we talked about how
different groups of people got to Utah. Now, we want to know how you got to
Utah! Did you have great-great-great grandparents who emigrated here from
Europe? Did your grandparents move to Utah from another state? Were your
parents the first in your family to move to Utah? Has your entire family lived
in Orem forever? Your assignment is to research by talking to family members to
find out how you and your family got to Utah. You will write at least 3 paragraphs,
at least 5 sentences each, explaining how you and your family came to Utah. Use
the following questions to help guide your paper.
